Coalition Cows!! / 13.05.2010
It's another lovely morning here at Callestock and Nick, Sandy and I have been out in the parlour with the Jerseys milking and cream making.  Clotted Cream this week has been made from our very own 'Coalition Cows', made up of Daisy, Dotty, Morag, Norah and Victoria.  So guests arriving tomorrow and Saturday will be enjoying the clotted cream made this morning!
