To secure your booking a deposit of £100 per property per week is required.

The balance of the tariff must be paid one month before the date of arrival. Cheques to be made payable to E. Down.

Should you have to cancel your holiday you will be liable to pay the total amount due. However every effort will be made to re-let the property in which case 75% of the cost will be returned. You are advised to take out cancellation insurance to cover this eventuality.

The properties must be left in a clean and tidy condition. We would appreciate notification of any breakages, to ensure that the unit is fully equipped for future guests.

You are required to vacate the property by 10 am on departure day. All properties are prepared to a high standard of cleanliness and therefore we appreciate arrivals not before 3pm.

We are unable to accommodate pets and smoking is prohibited in all properties.

Short breaks are available from November to March inclusive – minimum stay 3 nights charged at two-thirds of weekly rate, extra nights are charged pro-rata.

Wheal Anna, Wheal Busy, Wheal Hope, Wheal Jane and Wheal Kitty are unsuitable for children.

Orchard Cottage, Wheal Anna and Wheal Hope are Saturday changeover. Wheal Busy, Wheal Kitty and Wheal Jane are Friday changeover
